The customer has seven calendar days from the receipt of the order to make the return in case the material is in poor condition. Please reject the package at the time of delivery if there is evidence of deterioration in it. To manage the return contact with us, within a period of no more than 7 business days from receipt of the product, and we will indicate the steps to follow.The return period begins to count from the same day of delivery until the seventh day from the reception.
- If the payment has been made with a credit card or PayPal, the amount will be fully refunded on the same card or PayPal account. - If the payment has been made against refund or by bank transfer, you must indicate a current account number to make the refund of the amount. Opalo will only accept returns in cases of deterioration or defective items. To avoid this we control every item we send to our customers, being minimal incidents due to defects or deterioration in transportation. For any possible incident or claim related to the delivery of a damaged product due to transportation, must be made within 24 hours after the receipt of the order.
